Fitness Background: I started getting into fitness regularly in college courtesy of my university’s yoga club. Upon graduation I tested many different fitness classes from kickboxing to spin, before finding the right home for myself with Lagree a little over 5 years ago.
Why I love what I do: I love the continuous challenge, getting to learn new moves, or rediscovering classics in creative new sequences. I also love the community at the studio; the many great, friendly, and supportive people I get to interact with every week is the cherry on top of this studio as both a teacher and a fellow class attendee.
