Fitness background: Growing up, I was immersed in the world of dance. This foundation not only instilled a love for movement but also a deep understanding of body mechanics and rhythm. As an adult, this drew me towards the obvious modes of fitness – cycling, barre, mat-pilates, and of course our beloved lagree method. Anything that screamed tempo and music – I was there. Newer to the fitness industry – it has been transformative switching gears from student to instructor. I am so grateful to have found this method – and so proud to be where I am today, which is being able to share it with all of you!

Why I love what I do: I love the opportunity to share my enthusiasm for movement and wellness with others. Each class feels like a chance to inspire participants and help them discover the joy of fitness.
