Julie

biography

Fitness background: Although I was physically healthy and had a very active childhood, I struggled a lot with my mental health since I was a teenager. Fitness became my outlet when I fell in love with running, and ran cross country and track & field competitively for 7 years. Over the years I’ve stayed active through various fitness-centric hobbies like rock climbing, backpacking, and paddle boarding. Weightlifting was my primary form of exercise for the past 6 years until I took my first class at Inspire and instantly fell in love with Lagree. This method has been so transformative for my body, mind, and passion for fitness as I’ve continued to grow as a student and teacher.

Why I love what I do: Lagree has helped me become a stronger and more confident person, in and out of the studio. My passion for Lagree inspired me to become a teacher and I love that I have the opportunity to make an impact on our students’ journeys on becoming the best versions of themselves through each class.
