Fitness background: I grew up dancing on competitive and pre-professional teams, as well as teaching at local studios. Once I started work, I started exploring other class-based workouts and fell in love with Lagree for the constant challenge, community and accountability.
Why you love what you do: I love the dynamic nature of the method. The same sequence can always be made to feel different – more challenging or more accommodating depending on the person, depending on the day. I want to be able to create that safe space for each student to explore and grow their strength, wherever they’re at in their fitness journey.
