Fitness Background: I grew up as a competitive athlete into college, but afterward really struggled to find fitness classes and workouts that I loved until finding lagree in 2017.
 
Why I love what I do: I love the opportunity to challenge my students to connect and be present with their mind and body every single class. It’s such a gift to positively impact someone’s day through physical activity. Our health is the foundation for everything!
