Lindsey Allison is a born and raised Seattle girl. She believes that a healthy body is a moving body. This belief has fueled her passion for fitness and continues to motivate her on her path to helping others recognize and accomplish their goals. Lindsey loves teaching ambitious classes and encourages her students to find humor in even their most challenging moments.
Lindsey received her RYT 200 HR Certificate in 2012 and was trained in the Lagree Fitness Method in 2013. In addition to yoga and Pilates, she also teaches cycle, sculpt, and bootcamp classes around Seattle. She is currently enrolled as a student at Seattle Central to pursue her education as a nutritional therapist.
